VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
- Your phone number should be in service until we complete porting. Otherwise you risk losing your number and $20 fee.
- Do not place any order on the account until the phone number is ported.
- It takes about 2-3 weeks to port a number!
- We require at least 6 months of paid service depending on the service you choose. (Read more in our payment section in the FAQ)
- Cancelling an order after 48 hours of submition will incur a $20 fee
